Dr. Young works closely with several manufacturers of nutritional supplements in order to provide his patients with quality products. The concerns of providing pure, organic, bio-available and reasonably priced products are met by having an in-house pharmacy that is monitored for quality and effectiveness by Dr. Young.
Many health food stores, and especially most large retailers, sell poor quality nutritional supplements. These retailers buy large quantities of cheap products purchased from China and repackaged by American companies.The supplements are mostly unregulated and unsupervised. They may appeal to the "one-pill-a-day can solve all your health problems" mentality, but, in reality, they are well marketed, slick-packaged junk that is overpriced and glamorized to give an appearance of quality.
Dr. Young personally knows and interviews the companies that he works with. He requires them to certify that they follow only GMP (Good Manufactures Production) rules and regulations. Each company has to provide quality of ingredients and purity tests so that the products are certified pure and fresh.

Items prescribed for your condition by Dr. Young as part of an office visit and properly charted do not require sales tax.
If there is a product that you would like to order on your own, sales tax will be added as required by law.

Why do we need vitamins?
Proper nutrition is an increasing problem in our present culture. By the end of our day, most of us are not able to retire to bed fully nutritionally loaded and ready to recover and repair and rebuild our bodies from the activities and stress we have encountered.
